Job summary

PTSG Water Treatment is seeking a skilled plumbing technician for mobile work in the Leicester area. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends. OTE around £45k including a £2k sign-on bonus plus monthly bonus and overtime.

Full training and progression opportunities are offered within a leading UK water safety and treatment group. The position requires City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and ideally G3 Unvented Hot Water

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification is a bonus.
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard.
• Undertaking tank disinfections and replacements and plumbing repairs in various commercial and domestic environments.
• Conducting mains injections, local disinfection tasks.
• Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures, TMVs, pipework modification, and removing dead legs.
• Collaborating with teams, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

What you’ll be doing:

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will need a City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and ideally G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification. You should have proven experience in commercial plumbing and routine water hygiene tasks. Experience with building services, facilities management, or environmental consultancy is also a bonus

A Full UK Driving License Is Essential.
