Job summary

LG Project Consultancy Ltd is recruiting an experienced Plumber for a school refurbishment project at Rothwell Primary School, Leeds. You will perform first-class plumbing installations, including sanitary ware, from drawings and site instructions, while coordinating with mechanical and electrical trades to meet the programme.

Immediate start, 40-hour week, on-site parking. Successful candidates will have a CSCS card, own tools, and a solid Health & Safety track record, with reliable timekeeping

Qualifications

• Valid JIB Plumbing CSCS Card or CSCS Card.
• Experience carrying out commercial plumbing installations.
• Experience installing sanitary ware.
• Own tools and full PPE.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.

• Carry out plumbing installations throughout refurbishment works.

Location: Rothwell Primary School, Leeds

Pay Rate: £26.00 per hour

Duration: 3-4 Weeks

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

LGP Consultancy is currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a school refurbishment project at Rothwell Primary School, Leeds.

The Role

Working as part of the mechanical installation team, you'll be responsible for carrying out a range of first‑class plumbing installations throughout the refurbishment works.

Duties

• Installation of sanitary ware.
• General plumbing installation works.
• Installing pipework and associated plumbing systems.
• Working from drawings and site instructions.
• Carrying out high‑quality installation work to programme.
• Working alongside other mechanical and electrical trades.
• Maintaining high Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Requirements

• Valid JIB Plumbing CSCS Card or CSCS Card.
• Previous experience carrying out commercial plumbing installations.
• Experience installing sanitary ware.
