Severn Trent Plc is seeking a dedicated Plumber to join the Aqualytix team covering London and surrounding areas. You will perform plumbing tasks, deliver customer service, and travel across your region daily, with a UK driving licence essential.

Two shift patterns are available, with 2 weeks on days or nights. The role offers a mix of field work and starting-from-home flexibility, along with comprehensive perks and a strong focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Plumbing experience required across domestic, commercial or industrial settings.
• Level 2/3 Plumbing qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work across London and surrounding areas with strong customer service.

• Conduct monitoring and tasks as directed by your scheduler/line manager.
• Perform plumbing works as needed.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

You’ll perform plumbing tasks and other duties. While delivering top-notch customer service while meeting health and safety, financial, KPI, statutory, quality, and contractual requirements. This role allows you to start work from home and travel across your region daily, so a UK Driving Licence is essential.

There are 2 shift patterns available-

Shift will be 2 weeks on Mon - Fri 08:00 - 17:00 then 2 weeks Wednesday to Sunday 08:00 - 17:00

OR

2 weeks or nights and 2 weeks of days

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships within your area.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

Whether you're working for a small local plumbing company or a large organisation, we're just looking for someone with plumbing experience.

It would also be ideal if you have the following:

• Strong knowledge of domestic, commercial, and industrial water systems.
• Level 2 or 3/Advanced Plumbing qualification (ideal for working on larger pipework).
