Hays is seeking a qualified Plumber to join a reputable public sector organisation. This role is based at a high-security site near Market Harborough, where you will be an integral part of the maintenance department.
As a Plumber, you will focus on both reactive and planned maintenance projects within the establishment. Depending on the scope of work, you may work independently or as part of a team. The client will provide all necessary tools, uniform, and training on keys and radios. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime on weekends.
To be successful in this role, you must be qualified to Level 2 or above in City and Guilds or an equivalent qualification. Proof of qualifications/certificates is essential. You should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to follow strict procedures, and the initiative to notify senior staff of any issues. An enhanced security clearance, including photo ID such as a valid passport or photo card driving licence, is required to work on-site.
