Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Plumber Multi for a leading housing provider in the Bournemouth/Christchurch/Poole area. You will carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance and installations across occupied properties while delivering excellent resident service.

The role offers a secure, permanent contract with a company van, tool allowance and opportunities to boost earnings through overtime and call-outs.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent is required.
• Experience working in occupied properties is essential.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Good understanding of health and safety best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence using mobile technology such as tablets or PDAs.
• Full UK driving licence with at least 1 year's driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing repairs and maintenance across occupied properties.
• Installation and replacement of sanitary ware, baths, shower trays and level-deck showers.
• Kitchen sink installations.
• Pipework installation including copper, push-fit, waste and rainwater systems.
• Repair and replacement of taps, valves and associated fittings.
• Water supply, drainage and heating system pipework repairs.
• Installation and repair of domestic appliances including showers and washing machines.
• Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal.
• Basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating and general maintenance tasks as required.

Are you an experienced Plumber Multi looking for a secure, permanent role with excellent benefits, a company van, and opportunities to boost your earnings through overtime and call-out work?

A leading housing provider is seeking a skilled Plumber Multi to join its Responsive Repairs Team covering the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area.

Working across occupied residential properties, you'll carry out a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Installation and replacement of sanitary ware, baths, shower trays and level-deck showers
• Kitchen sink installations
• Pipework installation including copper, push-fit, waste and rainwater systems
• Repair and replacement of taps, valves and associated fittings
• Water supply, drainage and heating system pipework repairs

To be successful, you'll need:
