This range is provided by Liberty. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Base Pay

Are you a skilled Plumber based in Ellesmere Port or surrounding areas? Looking to earn £31,363.00 per year working 40 hours per week? Please note, you may need to work further afield as the contract demands, and all travel time will be considered as part of working hours.

Your Role

Install, repair, or replace hot and cold water supplies, including baths, showers, toilets, and waste systems. Locate and repair water bursts, clear blocked drains, and diagnose faults. Carry out duties following Liberty’s policies, report using your PDA, and ensure safety and customer service standards. Be adaptable to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Recognised Apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2/3 qualification
• Experience in domestic maintenance, refurbishments, wet rooms, and disabled adaptations
• Experience in social housing repairs
• Current driving license, CSCS Card, asbestos awareness, and own tools
