An exciting full-time Plumber position is available in Dudley and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate can earn up to £34,000 plus a bonus scheme, depending on experience and skills.

This role involves inspecting, servicing, and fault finding in plumbing systems within domestic and commercial properties, including mains water repair work.

Ideally, candidates will hold at least a Diploma 2 in City & Guilds Plumbing.

Role Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in City & Guilds plumbing or equivalent experience
• Full UK driving license
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Commitment to excellent customer service

Role Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team to meet customer service standards and expectations
• Perform a wide range of tasks to a high standard, maintaining productivity
• Attend to responsive repairs, diagnose faults, and undertake remedial actions
• Support and cover for other engineers and participate in the out-of-hours service rota
• Coordinate with dispatchers for appointments and work details; liaise with customers for access and discussions regarding work

With a team of 26 qualified plumbers (minimum NVQ Level 2), we handle all plumbing work from leak repairs to full bathroom installations and hot water system upgrades to unvented systems.
