Job Title: Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our high-performing Repairs Team based in Leabrooks.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for multi-talented tradespeople to showcase their skills in a permanent position with a company committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.

You will be part of a growing team, visiting customers' homes to carry out various plumbing repair and replacement works, including multi-skilled tasks such as gutter repairs and making good, demonstrating your attention to detail and high standards.

Requirements include a full clean driving licence and a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing and Heating.

You'll have access to a company van, visiting customers' homes to resolve issues and take pride in your work, knowing you've made a positive impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing plumbing repairs and replacements, including multi-skilled tasks like gutter repairs and area making good in domestic properties.
• Minimizing disruption to customers and ensuring compliance with safe working practices in line with regulations and policies.
• Attending pre-arranged responsive repair appointments or making access arrangements directly with tenants.
• Working flexibly to accommodate customer scheduling needs.
• Adhering to relevant risk assessments, hazards, and control measures.
