Axis CLC is hiring experienced plumbers to deliver reactive repairs and planned works across social housing properties in the UK. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs and installations, and work safely with modern digital systems to manage work orders.

Qualifications

• Carry out a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance and minor installations. Diagnose faults and complete effective and timely plumbing repairs. Repair and replace taps, sinks, toilets, pipework and associated fittings. Support with general property maintenance tasks as required. Complete work safely, efficiently and in line with quality standards. Work independently and collaboratively as part of the wider team. Ensure all work complies with health and safety, quality and customer service standards. Use PDA/mobile technology to manage and update work orders accurately. Respond to day-to-day reactive maintenance and emergency repair tasks. About You Experience in a plumbing role within social housing, domestic maintenance or property repairs. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fault-finding and repair techniques. Ability to deliver high-quality workmanship with excellent, attention to detail, Experience working in occupied and void properties. Confident using PDA/mobile technology. NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) is desirable. Clean Full UK driving licence. Right to work in the UK. Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
