Example Recruitment Group in Crawley is seeking an experienced District Heating Engineer for a permanent role. You will carry out installation, maintenance and fault-finding on district heating systems in occupied residential properties, with a 40-hour week and an early start where needed.

The role offers a basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus overtime, call-out earnings, a company van and fuel card, and clear career progression within a growing business.

Formación

• Previous experience working on domestic heating systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience installing radiators, valves, cylinders, and associated heating components
• Full UK driving licence
• Customer-focused approach with good communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Carry out installation, maintenance and fault-finding duties on district heating systems
• Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer service in residents' homes
• Install cylinders and radiators as required
• Fit isolation valves and 2-port/lockshield valves and TRVs
• Diagnose and repair faults on district heating systems
• Drain down domestic heating systems and perform general maintenance
• Deliver high-quality work in occupied residential properties

The Role

You'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of installation, maintenance, and fault-finding duties on district heating systems, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service in residents' homes.

Key Duties

• Installation of cylinders and radiators
• Fitting isolation valves
• Installation of 2-port valves, lockshield valves, and TRVs
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on district heating systems
• Draining down domestic heating systems
• General maintenance and repair work
• Delivering high-quality work in occupied residential properties
