Job summary

Severn Trent Services is hiring a Plumber to support Bradford and surrounding areas within the Aqualytix team, specialising in legionella and water treatment services across the UK.

You will perform plumbing tasks, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure health and safety, KPI, and contractual requirements. A UK Driving Licence is essential as travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial water systems.
• Level 2 or Level 3/Advanced Plumbing qualification preferred.
• UK Driving Licence required.
• Strong customer service and health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships within your area.
• Coordinate with scheduling team and supervisor; conduct monitoring as directed.
• Perform plumbing works as needed.
• Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
• Schedule and manage multi-site visits.
• Conduct hazard/risk assessments on sites.

We’re looking for a dedicated Plumber to join our team and to support Bradford and surrounding areas. You’ll being joining our Aqualytix team, who specialise in legionella and water treatment services right across the UK.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

You’ll perform plumbing tasks and other duties. While delivering top-notch customer service while meeting health and safety, financial, KPI, statutory, quality, and contractual requirements. This role allows you to start work from home and travel across your region daily, so a UK Driving Licence is essential.

There are 2 shift patterns available-

Shift will be 2 weeks on Mon - Fri 08:00 - 17:00 then 2 weeks Wednesday to Sunday 08:00 - 17:00

OR

2 weeks or nights and 2 weeks of days

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships within your area.
• Collaborate with the scheduling team and operations supervisor. Conduct monitoring and tasks as directed by your scheduler/line manager.
• Perform plumbing works as needed.
• Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
• Schedule and manage multi-site visits.
• Conduct hazard/risk assessments on individual sites.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

Whether you're working for a small local plumbing company or a large organisation, we're just looking for someone with plumbing experience.

It would also be ideal if you have the following:

• Strong knowledge of domestic, commercial, and industrial water systems.
• Level 2 or 3/Advanced Plumbing qualification (ideal for working on larger pipework).
