Are you looking for a Plumbing role? Interested in working for a leading Construction Company? Nicor are recruiting a plumber to work on Social Housing maintenance projects for a large, leading Construction Company in Belfast and around Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide a high-quality service to tenants, specifically within domestic properties that are either occupied or void.
  2. Ensure any additional work is captured and communicated to the relevant person, and using the company PDA system so that the company can invoice for additional work completed.
  3. Compliant in timeframes allocated of jobs, ensure target dates are met.
  4. Compliance with materials/workmanship schedules.
  5. Maintain and care for all company tools.
  6. Use appropriate safety equipment.
  7. Ensure areas of work are left clean, tidy and safe at all times.
  8. Be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy.
  9. Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc.
  10. Be responsible for your own safety and all other around you.
  11. Material co-ordination and organisation.
  12. Ensure accurate/timely completion of any relevant site-based documentation.
  13. Oversee/assist in the training of apprentices as required.
