Job summary

Heated Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced plumber to join a busy Ashford-based new build project. You will perform general plumbing installation tasks across the development and contribute to compliant, on-time installations.

You will carry out first and second fix work, install pipework, sanitaryware, appliances and related systems, reading drawings and site specifications. Candidates should have prior new build experience and be able to work independently or with the site team.

Qualifications

• Experience on new build projects.
• CSCS/JIB or equivalent certification.
• Full PPE required.

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a new build project in Ashford.

The successful candidate will be working on a busy construction site, carrying out general plumbing installation works across the development. Duties will include first and second fix plumbing, installing pipework, sanitaryware, appliances and associated plumbing systems, as well as working from drawings and following site specifications. Candidates must have previous experience working on new build projects and be confident working independently as well as as part of a wider site team. Relevant qualifications, CSCS/JIB or equivalent certification and full PPE are required.
