The Role

Plot Sales Conveyancer - Up to £50,000salary

This is a superb opportunity to join awell-established law firm that offers specialist quality legal adviceto both businesses and individuals across the UK.

Due to thecontinued development and expansion of the firm’s ResidentialConveyancing department, it is now seeking to appoint a Plot SalesConveyancer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to work alongside itsexisting team to assist in driving forward a progressive and variedlegal practice.

The ideal candidate will have fee-earningexperience, with a proven track record of managing their own caseload.The successful candidate will principally be involved in handling amixed caseload of Sales and Purchases, Freehold, Leasehold frominception to Completion.

The firm is seeking amotivated/technically strong Residential Conveyancer with ambition whocan develop relationships and will easily tap into a lucrative clientbase.

The Candidate
