A leading law firm in the UK is looking for a Plot Sales Conveyancer. The role involves managing a varied caseload and developing client relationships within a progressive legal practice. Due to the continued development and expansion of the firm’s Residential Conveyancing department, it is now seeking to appoint a Plot Sales Conveyancer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a progressive and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will have fee-earning experience, with a proven track record of managing their own caseload. The successful candidate will principally be involved in handling a mixed caseload of Sales and Purchases, Freehold, Leasehold from inception to Completion.
The firm is seeking a motivated/technically strong Residential Conveyancer with ambition who can develop relationships and will easily tap into a lucrative client base.
The Candidate
• Residential Conveyancer with experience of managing own caseload
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
