Job summary

PLM, a leading provider of digital engineering solutions, is seeking a PLM Consultant to gather requirements across product development, manufacturing and lifecycle management. You will translate business needs into practical PLM recommendations, configure systems, and lead implementation with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in consultancy, experience with Windchill/Creo/ThingWorx, and a background in IT or engineering fields.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in consultancy or client-facing roles.
• Understanding of PLM, digital transformation or engineering software environments.
• Experience with Windchill, Creo or ThingWorx.
• Background in IT, industrial design, mechanical engineering, manufacturing or a related field.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into practical solution recommendations.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What will your day to day look like?

You’ll play a key role in helping clients improve efficiency, strengthen collaboration and get more value from their product lifecycle management processes.

This role will suit you if you

• 2-4 years’ experience in consultancy or a similar client-facing role
• Understanding of PLM, digital transformation or engineering software environments
• Experience with PTC solutions such as Windchill, Creo or ThingWorx
• A background in IT, industrial design, mechanical engineering, manufacturing or a related field
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into practical solution recommendations
• Basic project management experience
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Confidence running workshops, training sessions and client conversations
• Strong listening skills and solid consulting acumen
• Self-driven, proactive and comfortable managing your own workload
• Ability to adapt to different client environments and project requirements
• A drive to keep developing your technical and consulting skills
