Job summary

PLM is seeking a consultant to work across engineering and manufacturing client environments, translating requirements into practical PLM solutions. You'll lead workshops, configure Windchill/Creo/ThingWorx based on client workflows, and drive data migration and system integration.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver training to maximise value from product lifecycle management. This is a permanent, client-facing role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in consultancy or similar client-facing role.
• Understanding of PLM, digital transformation or engineering software environments.
• Experience with PLM solutions and client-facing delivery.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical solution recommendations.

What will your day to day look like?

You’ll play a key role in helping clients improve efficiency, strengthen collaboration and get more value from their product lifecycle management processes.

This role will suit you if you

• 2-4 years’ experience in consultancy or a similar client-facing role
• Understanding of PLM, digital transformation or engineering software environments
• Experience with PTC solutions such as Windchill, Creo or ThingWorx
• A background in IT, industrial design, mechanical engineering, manufacturing or a related field
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into practical solution recommendations
• Basic project management experience
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Confidence running workshops, training sessions and client conversations
• Strong listening skills and solid consulting acumen
• Self-driven, proactive and comfortable managing your own workload
• Ability to adapt to different client environments and project requirements
• A drive to keep developing your technical and consulting skills
