Job summary

PLM is seeking a motivated PLM Consultant to work across engineering, manufacturing and lifecycle management projects for leading brands. You will translate client needs into practical PLM solutions, configure systems like Windchill, Creo or ThingWorx, and lead workshops and training sessions.

With 2–4 years in consultancy or a similar client-facing role, you will gather requirements, design practical recommendations, manage small projects, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in consultancy or a client-facing role.
• Understanding of PLM, digital transformation or engineering software environments.
• Experience with PLM tools Windchill, Creo or ThingWorx.
• Background in IT, industrial design, mechanical engineering, manufacturing or a related field.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical solution recommendations.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Confidence running workshops and training sessions.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage workload.
• Adaptability to different client environments.

What will your day to day look like?

You’ll play a key role in helping clients improve efficiency, strengthen collaboration and get more value from their product lifecycle management processes.

This role will suit you if you

• 2-4 years’ experience in consultancy or a similar client-facing role
• Understanding of PLM, digital transformation or engineering software environments
• Experience with PTC solutions such as Windchill, Creo or ThingWorx
• A background in IT, industrial design, mechanical engineering, manufacturing or a related field
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into practical solution recommendations
• Basic project management experience
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Confidence running workshops, training sessions and client conversations
• Strong listening skills and solid consulting acumen
• Self-driven, proactive and comfortable managing your own workload
• Ability to adapt to different client environments and project requirements
• A drive to keep developing your technical and consulting skills
