Job summary

OHO Group (Lithuania) is seeking a PLM Administrator / Change Controller in Cambridge to support engineering and product data management activities. You will manage BoMs, control engineering changes, and help develop internal systems and processes.

This role requires PLM/PDM experience, BoM expertise, and strong collaboration with stakeholders. Proficiency in Oracle Agile PLM and Jira is desirable, with excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience using an engineering PLM or PDM system.
• Strong BoM and product data management knowledge.
• Experience with engineering change control and revision management.
• Familiar with product configuration and variant management.
• Experience in engineering, technical or manufacturing environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication with cross functional teams.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of master data management and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the product data management systems.
• Investigate system issues and support improvements.
• Maintain and improve workflows, processes and procedures.
• Support ongoing system development and enhancements.
• Create, maintain and validate product documentation and data records.
• Manage Bills of Materials and product structures.
• Maintain product variants and version control.
• Ensure data is available to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate and administer engineering change requests and orders.
• Maintain part numbers, revisions and documentation.
• Ensure changes are tracked and communicated effectively.
