Job summary

Industrial Technology Systems Ltd is seeking a proactive candidate to lead the creation of detailed technical proposals. You will work with sales and customers to capture requirements, develop turnkey solutions, and prepare accurate tender quotes.

Strong written English and attention to detail are essential. You will manage cost spreadsheets, obtain supplier quotes, and coordinate with engineering to validate timescales.

Qualifications

• Previous sales / proposals experience.
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of commercial contracts.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce a range of technical proposals including PLC/SCADA systems and turnkey solutions.
• Define and estimate the solution and present it as a quote or tender.
• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to capture requirements.
• Create quotation cost spreadsheets covering hardware, software and engineering.
• Obtain prices from suppliers and liaise with engineering for timescales.
• Ensure high quality, accurate proposals that meet client expectations.
• Respond promptly to customer requirements and maintain professional relationships.
