Job summary
Interaction Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical PLC Engineer to enhance our client's engineering and manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical control systems and PLC-controlled machinery.
Key responsibilities include programming PLC systems, electrical diagnostics, and working with various automation equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in PLC programming and electrical engineering.
- Strong industrial electrical fault-finding experience.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Programming and modifying PLC control systems.
- Electrical fault-finding and diagnostics.
- Installation and commissioning of industrial machinery.
- Working with control panels, sensors, motors, drives and automation equipment.
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
- Identifying and resolving electrical and PLC faults.
- Testing and commissioning automated equipment.
- Supporting continuous improvement and automation projects.
