Job summary

Outwood Academy Hemsworth in West Yorkshire is seeking a PLC Coordinator to lead the Personalised Learning Centre and oversee the delivery of targeted courses and interventions for identified student cohorts. The role is a full-time, on-site position with a start date of as soon as possible.

You will work with teaching staff, support services and external agencies to remove barriers to learning, mentor students, and drive bespoke pathways that transform educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of the Personalised Learning Centre (PLC).
• Identify and deliver alternative courses and intervention strategies for specific student cohorts.
• Collaborate with multi‑agency partners to remove barriers to learning.
• Mentor students to support and improve educational outcomes.
