Dudley Academies Trust are seeking Playworkers to assist in the delivery of a safe, stimulating and enjoyable play environment for children and families attending Sycamore Adventure Centre. The postholder will support the day-to-day operation of the centre by delivering high standards of customer service, supervising play activities, supporting events and birthday parties, assisting within the café and maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
This is a varied, customer-facing role requiring enthusiasm, flexibility and a commitment to providing outstanding experiences for children and families.
This is a casual role, with variable hours of work.
Sycamore Adventure is a purpose built indoor and outdoor adventure playground for children and families in the Dudley borough and surrounding areas. It is a safe space where children can have fun. Every child has the right to play, and our playworkers support children to explore the play opportunities on offer.We aim to offer a wide menu of play options and a staff team who are trained and knowledgeable in play-work and promote the play process.Our centre offers a wide range of exciting activities for children of all ages, including outdoor and indoor play areas, climbing adventures, pedal go-karts, slides, swings, football activities, climbing frames, sandpits and trampolines. With plenty of opportunities for active play and exploration, every day brings a new adventure in a fun and safe environment.
