About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. That’s why we offer opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are seeking a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks, we have positions to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

1. Working in collaboration with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and for children’s outcomes.
2. Supporting the education and development of key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
3. Collaborating as part of a team to deliver excellent care, early education, and meet performance standards consistently.

Who are we looking for?

We seek a dedicated individual who can achieve outstanding results for children. Requirements include:

1. Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
2. An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs).
3. Open, honest, and compassionate nature.
