Topgolf Limited is seeking a Safety Manager to lead our venue safety strategy across our Glasgow operations. You will develop policies, run audits, and ensure compliance with safety regulations to protect players and team members.

In this role you’ll collaborate with venue teams, investigate incidents, and share best practices to continuously improve safety performance. A strong communicator with analytical skills is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in safety management or a related role.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures and protocols.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and protocols to protect players from injuries and accidents. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of venue and equipment used by players. Investigate and analyze player safety incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to player safety. Communicate safety information and guests and associates
