Job summary

Puttshack White City is seeking enthusiastic hospitality staff to bring energy and warmth to every guest. You’ll create a memorable, fun atmosphere and help guests enjoy a seamless experience in a lively, tech-driven mini golf venue in London.

As part of a team, you’ll take orders, serve food and drinks, and assist guests with bookings and golf experiences. No prior experience is required; training is provided, with a friendly culture and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• No experience required; bring energy and a can-do attitude.
• Strong hospitality mindset and guest-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and smile-driven service.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for each guest.
• Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately.
• Assist guests with bookings and guided experiences.
