Job summary

Reward Gateway, part of Edenred, is a global leader in benefits and employee engagement, based in London. The Sales Development Team Leader role is a frontline leadership position within the Sales Development organisation.

You will coach a pod of SDRs, drive pipeline, and ensure high-performance through structured coaching and MEDDPICC discipline. You'll balance leadership with individual contributions, maintaining about 50-70% of a standard SDR quota while developing the team.

Qualifications

• Proven success in SDR/BDR roles.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring individuals within a sales environment.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or a comparable sales qualification methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a pod of SDRs to drive pipeline.
• Deliver structured coaching, call reviews and onboarding support.
• Reinforce MEDDPICC methodology, CRM standards and opportunity handoffs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and SDR Manager on campaigns and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast metrics.
