Job summary

Norley Hall Adventure Playground is seeking a Community Play Development Manager to lead development and delivery of services at the facility. You will oversee the Play team, ensure safety and compliance, and manage key relationships to support local opportunities.

You will engage with forums, partners, and stakeholders to drive play development priorities and demonstrate positive social outcomes for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing projects and/or operations and community engagement.
• Passion for play and championing benefits for children and families.
• Flexible approach to work including evenings and weekends.
• Full driving licence and use of a vehicle desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver services from Norley Hall Adventure Playground.
• Oversee the Play team, ensure compliance and safety standards, and manage key relationships.
• Represent Be Well on associated forums and groups and support play development priorities.
• Work with local system partners to improve social outcomes and evidence impact of play provision.
