Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) in Bromley is seeking a Park & Play Infrastructure Supervisor to lead a small reactive repairs team across parks and open spaces, ensuring safe, high‑quality maintenance of play equipment and street furniture.

This hands‑on supervisory role combines leadership with active participation in repair works, managing RAMS, safety procedures, and coordinating with contractors and council officers to deliver efficient projects.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams on multiple projects.
• Experience quoting soft and hard landscaping works up to £15,000.
• Strong knowledge of street furniture repairs and small-scale construction.
• Good IT skills for reporting and emails.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small reactive repairs team, directing daily work and ensuring safety and quality.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance through RAMS, COSHH, PPE checks and audits.
• Coordinate reactive maintenance across parks and inspect sites regularly.
• Liaise with subcontractors and Council Officers for quotes and small projects.
• Maintain records: equipment logs, stock, timesheets, absences, and HAV reports.
