Cranleigh Prep School is seeking a Play and Pupil Supervisor to supervise morning and lunchtime breaks for pupils aged 3–13, ensuring a safe, inclusive and engaging play environment.
You will work with teachers and support staff to promote positive behaviour, support friendships and report safeguarding concerns, with a warm, reliable presence.
This is a role for someone who enjoys making playtimes happy, safe and inclusive for children aged 3–13 and who wants regular, practical contact with pupils across the Prep School. You will join the duty team at Cranleigh Prep School to supervise morning and lunchtime breaks, encourage positive play, support friendships and help pupils return to lessons calm and ready to learn.
You will be part of the Prep School duty team, working closely with teaching and support staff across the site. The role involves regular contact with children from Nursery through Year 8 and requires good situational awareness, a calm manner and the ability to build positive relationships quickly.
