Lendable is building world‑class fintech infrastructure. We are hiring a Technical Product Manager to sit within Engineering, connect platform technology, reliability and commercial value, and own prioritisation with engineers and leadership.

You’ll stay close to engineering, write code, review PRs, and contribute to architecture discussions while shaping the Platform roadmap and aligning technical work with measurable business outcomes.

Formación

• Shipped production systems as a hands-on engineer.
• Ability to build a business case and demonstrate ROI impact.
• Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering, and finance.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and operating at senior, cross-team level.
• Proactive, low-ego, clear communicator who aligns leadership and pods.

Responsabilidades

• Own platform stability and define SLA/SLO metrics.
• Own the business case for platform investment and communicate ROI to leadership.
• Own the platform backlog and roadmap, prioritising high-value work.
• Act as the single point of contact for Pod Leads and translate technical milestones into business milestones.
• Contribute as an engineer: write code, review PRs, participate in architecture discussions.
