Job summary

The Private Office LLP is seeking an administrator/helpdesk professional to support the TPO Invest Platform and TPO Wealth portal, delivering accurate, compliant service with a focus on quality. You will be the first point of contact, handle email and phone queries, support advisory platforms, and assist with data and reporting across Platform Services, while ensuring SLAs and regulatory standards are met.

Full time hours are 35 per week, with a discretionary bonus and a range of employee

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Financial Services preferred
• Knowledge of administering advisory products (ISA/GIA/SIPP/Bond) desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional telephone manner

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for TPO Invest & TPO Wealth support.
• Provide technical helpdesk support for Investment Champion D2C platform.
• Backup support to third party platforms (Novia, Ascentric, Standard Life Wrap, Seven IM, Transact & Nucleus).
• Deliver excellent email and telephone support to internal advisers, client services and paraplanners.
• Process investment trades across platforms accurately and timely.
