Job summary

A leading company in Stockport is seeking an Observability and Telemetry Lead for a contract role until December 31, 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing system observability, leveraging tools like AppDynamics and Grafana, and utilizing skills in PHP or Python. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud models and operational systems on both Linux and Windows.

Qualifications

• Working experience on PHP or Python required.
• Knowledge of Oracle and relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.

Key Skills/ requirements

• EaaS Evolution
• Working Experience on PHP or Python
• Knowledge of Oracle and other relational Databases
• Well versed in working on Linux and Windows System
• Experience on Monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, ITRS, Elastic APM, Grafana, etc.

Good to have:

• Working experience in Angular, NodeJS, etc
• Working experience on APIs, ETL processes and scripting.
• Good understanding of Openshift, Docker, Kubernetes, Containerization and Cloud models – IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Infrastructure virtualization
