• 5+ years of demonstrable experience supporting enterprise server infrastructure and end-user computing environments.
• Relevant industry-recognized certifications or equivalent industry experience.

We're seeking a Platform Services Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android systems. Mastery of Microsoft SCCM, InTune, Cisco Meraki, Cisco firewalls, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft PowerShell is essential. Experience with eCommerce technologies, CDNs, Load Balancers, WAFs, Splunk, and PRTG is a plus!
