About The Role

You Bring the Flavour. Together, We Deliver Delicious.

Technology plays a vital role in helping Domino's deliver great experiences to customers and stores across the UK and Ireland. As a Platform Services Engineer, you'll help build, support, and evolve the infrastructure that powers our business, from critical on-premise environments to our growing cloud platforms.

Join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract as a Platform Services Engineer (Stores), based in Milton Keynes with a hybrid working model. You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering impactful projects, tackling complex technical challenges, and helping shape the future of our technology landscape. If you're motivated by continuous improvement, enjoy solving problems, and want to make a genuine difference to how technology supports our business, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with curiosity, ownership, and a passion for continuously improving the services that power our business.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Proven experience supporting, maintaining, and evolving business-critical platforms and infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Strong technical expertise across Microsoft technologies, Azure, Active Directory, networking, virtualisation, and core infrastructure services, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
  • A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, with experience identifying root causes, reducing recurring issues, and improving platform reliability.
  • Experience delivering platform upgrades, technology change, and service improvements, balancing operational stability with ongoing innovation and transformation.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for automation, optimisation, knowledge sharing, and developing technical capability within the team.
  • Experience supporting retail, hospitality or operational technology platforms, with an understanding of how technology impacts front-line users, store operations and customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing

As a Platform Services Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the operational health, stability, security and continuous improvement of the technology platforms that power Domino’s stores across the UK and Ireland. Working across both operational and infrastructure services, you’ll help ensure our stores can continue serving customers effectively by maintaining resilient, reliable and supportable technology solutions. This role plays a key part in supporting and evolving store systems, integrations and services that are critical to day-to-day store operations.

You will:

  • Own and support business-critical store technology platforms and infrastructure, ensuring services remain secure, stable, performant and available to support store operations.
  • Support the technology and integrations that enable stores to trade effectively, including point of sale, online ordering, operational systems and supporting platform services.
  • Proactively monitor platform health, identify risks and trends, and implement improvements that enhance reliability, store experience and business performance.
  • Lead technical investigation and resolution of complex incidents and problems, driving root cause analysis and permanent fixes to minimise disruption to stores and customers.
  • Plan and deliver platform upgrades, releases, patches and infrastructure changes, ensuring solutions are supportable, scalable and aligned with operational needs.
  • Manage and maintain production and non-production environments that support store systems, helping ensure successful testing, deployment and service continuity.
  • Collaborate with Store Technology, Security, Architecture, Delivery and Support teams to ensure technology solutions meet the needs of stores while remaining secure, resilient and maintainable.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, franchisees, suppliers and technology partners to investigate issues, deliver improvements and support the successful operation of store-facing technology.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive activities, reduce technical debt and improve operational support processes across the store technology landscape.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, support processes and knowledge articles to improve supportability and reduce dependency on individual knowledge holders.
  • Provide technical leadership and operational readiness support for new store technology initiatives, ensuring solutions can be effectively transitioned into BAU support.
How We Will Support You

At Domino’s, we know our people do their best work when they are trusted, empowered, and supported to grow.

You’ll benefit from:

  • The opportunity to take ownership of business-critical technology platforms that directly support stores, customers, and business operations.
  • Exposure to a diverse technology landscape spanning cloud services, infrastructure, e-commerce platforms, and operational systems.
  • Opportunities to work on strategic technology transformation, modernisation, and innovation initiatives.
  • Ongoing professional development, access to learning resources, certifications, and career development opportunities.
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment where knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and new ideas are encouraged.
  • The autonomy to influence technical decisions, recommend improvements, and help shape the future direction of our platforms and services.
