Job description

Sustainability Lead - Shape how we deliver delicious, sustainably

At Domino's, your skills, ideas and judgement really matter. As our Sustainability Lead, you'll help turn our sustainability strategy into meaningful action across the UK and Ireland.

Working closely with our Director of Sustainability and Sustainable Financial Reporting Manager, you'll connect strategy with delivery, coordinating programmes, strengthening environmental management and helping teams across the business understand the part they can play. From carbon reduction, waste and packaging to responsible sourcing, governance and communications, this is a role with plenty of variety and reach.

You'll work across corporate teams, franchise partners, suppliers, logistics providers and store colleagues, bringing people together around practical sustainability priorities and helping us track the progress we're making.

What You'll Bring

You know that making progress on sustainability takes more than good intentions. It needs organisation, collaboration and the ability to turn complex topics into practical action.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in a sustainability, environmental, ESG or corporate responsibility role.
  • A good understanding of sustainability principles and emerging ESG trends, alongside awareness of environmental legislation and environmental management systems.
  • ISEP qualification is not essential but would be highly beneficial.
  • Confidence coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex sustainability subjects clear and relevant.
  • Experience preparing high-quality governance papers, presentations, meeting materials or Board documentation, together with the confidence to build productive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders at different levels.

Knowledge of retail, hospitality, food service, logistics or franchise environments would be an advantage, as would experience supporting environmental management systems.

What You'll Be Doing

This role sits at the point where sustainability strategy becomes action. You'll help keep programmes moving, connect teams and partners, and make sure progress is supported by strong governance and clear communication.

  • Turn sustainability priorities into delivery. You'll coordinate projects and environmental improvement programmes spanning areas such as carbon reduction, waste, packaging, resource efficiency and responsible sourcing, while tracking progress against objectives and action plans.
  • Bring people with you. You'll work across teams, franchise partners, suppliers and operational colleagues, developing communications, case studies, briefings and other materials that turn complex sustainability topics into clear, practical messages.
  • Strengthen how we manage sustainability. You'll support environmental management systems aligned with ISO 14001, coordinate sustainability governance and contribute to sustainability content for our Group Annual Report, website and other internal and external communications.
How We Will Support You

Bring your flavour, and we'll back your future.

You will have the opportunity to work on sustainability priorities that reach across our business, building experience through collaboration with senior leaders, corporate teams, franchise partners, suppliers and operational colleagues.

You can expect:

  • A clear induction to help you understand the role, our business and the sustainability priorities you'll be supporting.
  • Support from your manager and team as you build your knowledge and make an impact.
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and experience, with visibility of where you can progress next.
  • Recognition for great work, from everyday thank-yous to bigger moments such as our Domi Awards.
