Job summary

Resolver is seeking a dedicated Generalist Analyst to protect children online. You will proactively identify and analyse online harms, elevating findings to clients and law enforcement where appropriate.

The role emphasizes OSINT techniques, rapid response, and high-quality reporting in a hybrid working environment. The successful candidate will have experience in online safety, strong research skills, and a keen eye for detail, with fluency in English and a relevant degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in online child safety/risk space is advantageous.
• Strong research and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent English, degree-level education or equivalent.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Detect, investigate and analyse online threats involving CSAM and grooming.
• Translate OSSINT findings into clear intelligence alerts and reports.
• Track evolving language and tactics used by bad actors across apps and groups.
• Identify emerging risks and subjects of interest for clients.
• Provide rapid analytical support during urgent safety incidents or spikes.
