Job summary

Resolver is seeking a dedicated Generalist Analyst to join its Child Safety vertical, focusing on proactively identifying online harms to protect children. You will translate OSINT into timely intelligence for clients and law enforcement, while tracking evolving language and tactics used by bad actors across platforms.

The role requires experience in online safety risk, strong research, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in online child safety/risk space and ability to handle distressing material.
• Ability to conduct research using diverse sources (including dark web tools).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, translation tools and reverse image search.

Responsibilities

• Detect, investigate and analyse online threats involving CSAM, grooming and child exploitation; use OSINT techniques.
• Translate unstructured OSINT into clear intelligence alerts and reports for clients and law enforcement as appropriate.
• Track evolving language and tactics used by bad actors across messaging apps and groups.
• Identify emerging risks and subjects of interest for clients.
• Provide rapid analytical support during urgent safety incidents or spikes.
