Job summary

Tunstall Healthcare (UK) is recruiting a Platform Support Engineer into the Solution Delivery & Innovation team in the UK. The role provides day-to-day operational support for the platforms that underpin our SaaS and connected-care services, focusing on monitoring, incident investigation and resolution, and supporting CI/CD pipelines.

You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining observability, and producing runbooks and knowledge-base articles to

Qualifications

• Azure DevOps administration and support across repos, boards and pipelines.
• CI/CD pipelines building, deploying and troubleshooting in production.
• Linux system administration and command-line troubleshooting.
• Dapr components and service invocation/state management basics.
• Kubernetes clusters: deployments, pods, services and Helm.
• ArgoCD for GitOps-based deployment and release management.
• Loki for log aggregation and Grafana for dashboards & alerts.
• Prometheus for metrics collection, alerting and queries.
• Bash scripting to automate operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for the platform, ensuring services remain healthy, reliable and observable.
• Investigate, triage and resolve platform incidents, restoring service within agreed timescales.
• Support the build, release and deployment process to production with safety and predictability.
• Maintain and improve monitoring and observability to detect issues early and reduce repeats.
• Produce and maintain runbooks, RCA and knowledge-base articles for the platform.
• Escalate complex issues while owning updates and follow-through.
• Keep configuration, deployment and incident records up to date in tracking systems.
• Monitor queues for SLA compliance and flag risks of breach.
• Support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and automate tasks with Bash.
• Assist with backup, restore and disaster recovery activities as required.
