Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Platform Lead – Hosting to own our internal developer platform—the cloud foundations, golden paths and self‑service capabilities used by hundreds of engineers daily.

You’ll steer it as a product with a clear vision, prioritised backlog and measurable outcomes, driving adoption through great developer experience while collaborating with engineering, security and leadership. The ITSO team supports growth; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• You’ll thrive as a Platform Lead with demonstrable platform/SRE outcomes.
• Strong product discovery skills and prioritisation without over-building.
• Comfort with Landing Zones, IaC, guardrails, policy-as-code.
• Ability to bridge engineering, security, architecture and leadership.
• Agile as a mindset, not a ceremony.
• Hands-on credibility with engineers and strategic influence at senior levels.
