Job summary

Isomorphic Labs is building frontier AI to accelerate drug discovery and improve human health. We are seeking an Integration Engineer to own, secure, and scale our internal toolchain across cloud environments.

You will deploy multi-user self-hosted applications on Kubernetes, implement CI/CD pipelines, enforce security standards, and manage IAM, IaC, and monitoring in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes deployment, management and scaling of multi-user apps.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD or Jenkins.
• Security scanning for containers and dependencies.
• Terraform/OpenTofu or similar IaC for provisioning.
• SSO and directory integration via SAML 2.0 / OIDC.
• Scripting proficiency to automate maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, upgrade and maintain multi-user self-hosted software across cloud environments.
• Plan and execute low-downtime maintenance and database migrations.
• Configure secure access via identity platforms and RBAC.
• Set up monitoring and runbooks for application health.
