Job summary

Isomorphic Labs is seeking an Integration Engineer to own and scale internal tools and vendor apps across cloud environments from London. You will bridge Integration, Operations, and Security, handling secure cloud configurations, deployments, and automated updates with minimal downtime.

The role emphasises secure access, container orchestration, and end-to-end lifecycle management, aligning with IsoLabs’ mission to accelerate drug discovery through AI-enabled platform tooling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Kubernetes & containerization across multi-user environments.
• CI/CD pipelines with modern tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
• Security scanning and vulnerability management in containerized apps.
• Infrastructure as Code provisioning with Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Identity & Access Management via SSO/SAML/OIDC integrations.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.

Responsibilities

• Platform deployment, lifecycle management, and patching of multi-user self-hosted apps.
• Integrate with customer identity platforms for secure access and SSO.
• Configure monitoring and runbooks for health management and alerting.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate delivery (Kubernetes-focused).
• Maintain IaC templates and configuration for reproducible provisioning.
• Address security vulnerabilities and enforce standards across tooling.
