Job summary

Perlego is seeking a Product Manager for the Platform Experience squad to own discovery and delivery of bets, including search, recommendations, AI tools and the mobile eReader. You’ll tie work to squad KPIs and drive end-to-end outcomes.

You will brief engineers and designers, work with data to size opportunities, and talk to users regularly to shape what you build. You’ll navigate ambiguity, explain trade-offs, and focus on improving weekly and monthly engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning product and shipping measurable outcomes.
• Experience in building habit-forming experiences and driving engagement metrics.
• Genuinely quantitative with BI tool usage to read experiments and size opportunities.
• Ability to brief engineers and designers with clear scope and rationale.
• Regularly talk to users and shape what is built from feedback.
• Ability to trade-off decisions and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and synthesise quantitative and qualitative evidence and communicate insights.
• Show impact in squad KPIs and explain magnitude and significance.
• Brief engineers, designers, and copywriters with light review.
• Engage stakeholders and support decisions with evidence.
• Build understanding of users, the industry, and the squad’s space.
• Apply product tools and methods with limited support.
• Run discovery and delivery for bets; log weekly progress and risks.
