Job summary

Bell Integration is seeking an Associate Engineer – Platforms as part of its Infrastructure Services. You will help develop, operate, and improve enterprise platforms, focusing on cloud, automation, and infrastructure as code, under the guidance of senior engineers.

This apprenticeship provides hands-on experience across platform engineering, collaboration with security and application teams, and a structured mentoring program, with approximately 20% of time for formal learning.

Qualifications

• Foundational IT infrastructure concepts; cloud computing exposure is a plus.
• Interest in automation, scripting, or software-driven infrastructure.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in architecture, build, configuration, and maintenance of customer platforms and infrastructure services.
• Support operation of cloud, virtualised, and on-prem environments.
• Contribute to platform improvements through standardisation and automation initiatives.
• Assist with infrastructure-as-code implementations for repeatable deployments.
• Support monitoring and alerting to improve service visibility and reliability.
• Collaborate with security, application teams, and stakeholders to meet service requirements.
