Ashby is building hiring software for fast-growing teams. We’re seeking a curious Platform Engineer/SRE who codes and owns end-to-end infrastructure at Ashby, scaling to millions of data points while keeping reliability and security at the forefront.

You\'ll work on a homegrown DSL-to-SQL compiler, canary deploys, SLO/SLI definitions, and event-driven architecture, collaborating with a small, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating scalable infrastructure for fast-growing products.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong focus on reliability, security and data privacy for enterprise-scale customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Ashby infrastructure to support rapid growth.
• Build automation and IaC to reduce toil and improve velocity.
• Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs for critical services.
• Ensure secure communication with external services and data safety.
