Job summary

Our Future Health in London is seeking a Platform Engineer who thrives where infrastructure meets software engineering. You’ll design, implement, and operate scalable health data platforms, with hands-on work on infrastructure-as-code, GitOps workflows, and modern software practices.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable services, improve architecture, and coach others in best practices while supporting on-call rotations and security compliance.

Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform/OpenTofu/Terragrunt/Pulumi and GitOps practices.
Python scripting and automation skills.
Hands-on with Kubernetes and Docker in production.
Experience with CI/CD and open-source tech stacks.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new services and integrate systems.
Partner with product managers to shape solutions from idea to implementation.
Support feature development, reduce tech debt, and improve the platform.
Contribute to architectural planning and incident reviews, participate in on-call rotations.
