Scale is building foundational data platforms and core cloud infrastructure to power AI-enabled products. You will help design and deploy scalable systems used across Scale, enabling engineers to build, test, and ship features rapidly.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership of backend and distributed systems, and hands-on work with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and evolving AI techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-time engineering experience, post-graduation, with specialties in back-end systems.
• Excitement to work with AI technologies and build agentic experiences.
• Extensive experience in software development and scalable distributed systems on public clouds.
• Experience building document retrieval and understanding systems (RAG).
• Strong ownership and ability to drive engineering projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for non-technical stakeholders.
