Scale AI is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to bridge AI research and production, leading a team turning prototypes into scalable enterprise solutions. You will oversee backend services for AI-driven applications, deployment automation, and platform capabilities that power enterprise SaaS products.

You will define infra roadmaps, set SLAs/SLOs, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product, security, and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in infrastructure or platform leadership.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and IaC.
• Experience with production environments at scale.
