Maven is seeking an experienced technical operations specialist/DevOps engineer to join a small team in London. You will own production trading and research environments, working with traders, developers, researchers, and infra to ensure reliable, well‑understood systems across the trading lifecycle.

Qualifications

Building systems with focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Experience scripting in Python for automation and health checks.
Ability to adapt to fast, high‑pressure environments and complex information flows.

Responsibilities

Own operational responsibility for production trading and research environments.
Collaborate with traders, developers, quant researchers, data engineers and infra teams.
Advocate for operational efficiency and continuous improvement across deployments.
Troubleshoot, monitor, automate, and improve deployment resiliency.
