How you'll make a difference

We are migrating our VMware estate to a more cloud-based approach and are looking to recruit Platform Engineers to join us on this journey. We seek individuals with some VMware / Infrastructure experience who are eager to adopt the latest cloud tools and are passionate about adding value by maturing our Cloud capabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a hosting/provisioning IT Infrastructure background, new to cloud, and looking to build their career in cloud and DevOps technologies.

You will support the Azure and Hosting Platform Managers by performing cloud-based operational support, including level 2 triage and change requirements. You will ensure the cloud environments are ready by providing the necessary DevOps tooling for both our on-premise and cloud estates.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer with a desire to adopt Cloud and DevOps.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure or similar).
• Experience with Active Directory Domain Services.
• Familiarity with Serverless/PaaS (Azure Functions, etc.).
• Experience with VMware Virtualization Technologies.
